Do I need a credit card to sign-up? expand_more
No credit card is required to sign-up. You can sign up for free with your email and password or with Google / Microsoft and invite your first prospective user for an interview in less than 5 minutes!
What is included in the Free Forever Plan? expand_more
With the Free Forever Plan, you can create and launch research studies and recruit participants from LinkedIn using the OpenQ Recruiter browser extension. You are given 200 Free Invites to recruit research participants. These Free Invites never expire, so you may use them at any time after signing up.
How is volume measured? expand_more
For pricing or billing purposes, volume is measured by the number of completed sessions in a given billing period.
You are not charged for sessions that are no-shows or cancelled.
What is a session? expand_more
A session is a scheduled meeting with a participant that you invited and / or scheduled using the OpenQ app.
What is a completed session? expand_more
A completed session is a session that was conducted successfully, i.e. the participant arrived for the session on time
and you were able to talk to the participant. You have 24 hours from the scheduled session start time to mark a session as completed
or no-Show. Sessions that are not marked either way are auto-marked as completed after 24 hours.
What should I do if there is a no-show? expand_more
If the participant did not show up for the session, please mark the session as no-show within the OpenQ app from the "Sessions" tab.
No-shows are not counted against your volume quota for billing purposes.
How can I reschedule a booked session? expand_more
You can reschedule booked sessions easily with OpenQ with just a couple of clicks. Calendar invites generated for sessions booked via OpenQ include a unique reschedule link in the body section of the invite. Please click on that link to reschedule the session.

Do unused sessions rollover? expand_more
Monthly Plans provide a monthly quota. Hence unused sessions expire at the end of every month for Monthly Plans. Annual plans provide an annual quota. Hence, you can avoid the risk of unused credits expiring every month by getting an Annual Plan.
What are the benefits on an Annual Plan? expand_more
Subscribing to an Annual Plan has two main benefits. One — annual plans cost 20% less than monthly plans! Two — annual plans give you the flexibility of distributing your sessions in any way you want across the whole year, without risk of expiry every month.
I am on the Pay As You Go plan. When and how is my subscription charged? expand_more
Pay as you go plan is billed monthly and you are charged for the sessions completed within the billing period. For example, if you started your subscription on Jan 10, your billing period is from Jan 10 - Feb 10, and you are be charged for the sessions completed for this period on Feb 10.

Monthly subscription plans are billed monthly. At the start of every billing period, your subscription is charged the subscription amount for the current month and the overage amount, if any, for the previous month.

Yearly Subscription plans are billed yearly. At the start of every billing period, your subscription is charged the subscription amount for the current year and overage amount, if any, for the previous year.
What happens if I use more sessions than my allotted plan? expand_more
All OpenQ subscription plans have pretty large volume quotas and it is unlikely that you will incur an overage. In the unlikely event that you do, you will be charged for the overage volume (i.e. number of sessions you went over by) when your bill is generated for the next billing period.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my subscription? expand_more
If you want to upgrade or downgrade your subscription, please contact our support team at support@openq.co and we will be glad to assist you promptly. Please note that subscription downgrades are only applied at the start of your next billing period, i.e. subscription downgrading does not impact your current billing period in any way.
How can I cancel my subscription? expand_more
You can cancel your subscription easily from within the OpenQ app. Navigate to Workspace > Billing > Manage Subscription. You will be able to cancel your subscription easily from this page.
